With Halloween less than two weeks away, I wanted to put together an effortless Date-Night-In that offers a little adult-friendly fun to enjoy once the sugar-high passes and the kids have have gone to sleep. If you’re looking for a special way to treat both you and your loved one, why not cuddle up and enjoy a relaxing scary movie night together?
What to do and wear in no particular order… swap out your costume for something a bit cozier for some comfy pants and your favorite knit sweater. Pull on some warm socks and let those feet rest after a night of trick-or-treating. Fire up your preferred streaming service and add all of the classics to the queue—I suggest Noferatu, Psycho, and, of course, Halloween to make sure that you have all of your scary movie basics covered. Spritz yourself in something lovely, pour yourself a stiff drink, and dive into your kids’ Halloween stash— don’t worry! They won’t notice if there’s a piece or two missing.
